This facility is a place that I am very very thankful for, I am grateful for Dr.Bronte & her amazing staff like Dr.Arlene, Dr.Rita,Dr.Hall,Dr.Blyden, Ms.Jhanel , Ms.Jeronica , Ms.Christine,Ms. Caroline the nurses Ms.Jamie , Ms.Paula , Ms.Patsy , Ms.Donna , Ms.Atsy , the nurse assistants Mr.Jack ,Ms Laurie & everyone else this faculty is like a big family that shows love, respect & tough family love when it is needed

Everyone from walking in the door is very friendly especially Ms. Blake she really care about your feelings. Dr. Blyden is very knowledgeable and give it to you straight up with facts. Our real life “Yoda” on earth.

Dr Blyden is the most knowledgeable Hemotologist I’ve ever met. His Nurse Practitioner Giam is very professional and helpful as well. I live in Central Fl and they make it easy to have consultants virtually..

All the staff was helpful. I'm very grateful for how understanding Ms.Janelle was due to me late because of transportation, she made sure to accommodate me to make sure I was able to receive treatment. I'm very appreciative. I do have questions about why we can only receive treatment 3 times a week, what happens if we are in crisis and need infusion more than 3 times? I only have positive feedback about the staff and the care that I received.

I had an appointment for 9am however I've been having a lot of issues with transportation. When I became aware I would not make in time due transportation not coming. I called to get a later or afternoon appointment but was refused. I was very upset and disappointed because I was in extreme pain and usually the staff is very understanding and accommodating.
